About Me
Donna Neck, Counsellor
Hello there, I'm Donna Neck, a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association. I want to share a bit about my journey with you, as it's shaped who I am as a counsellor.
My career began in the nurturing field of nursing, where my passion for providing genuine care and assistance for those in need truly took root. This passion led me to establish Life Counselling Solutions, where empathy and understanding are at the heart of every interaction.
My background in nursing has provided me with a profound understanding of how medical issues can impact overall well-being. This knowledge fuels my approach to counselling, allowing me to seamlessly bridge the gap between physical and mental health with a holistic perspective.
As a counsellor, I bring professional expertise and a natural ability to listen and empathise. My top priority is creating a safe and inviting space for you to open up and explore your concerns.
I go the extra mile to build rapport, establishing a therapeutic alliance that is not only non-judgmental but also neutral, ensuring your comfort and trust throughout our journey together.
Beyond my qualifications, I’m married and blessed with six adult children. This enables me to bring many life skills and experiences to our sessions.
Clients have graciously acknowledged my knack for building rapport and genuine attentiveness to their emotions.
My dedication is clear: to help you navigate and overcome life's challenges with trust, respect, and validation. I'm here for you if you are struggling and need a professional, caring, and down-to-earth counsellor.
Remember, you don't have to face it alone – reach out, and let's embark on this journey together.
Take that crucial first step toward healing and allow Life Counselling Solutions to guide you toward a healthier and happier life.
Donna has a Bachelor of Counselling (B. Couns), a Diploma of Counselling (Dip. Couns), a Diploma of Endorsed Enrolled Nursing (Dip. EEN) and has a current membership with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
