Each appointment with Donna is scheduled for 60 minutes.

Appointment times are available from Tuesday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. It's essential to phone first to schedule an appointment. Saturday appointments can also be arranged if necessary.

Yes, in addition to face-to-face counselling, we offer telephone and Zoom counselling sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences.

Session fees are payable at the time of your face-to-face appointment. For telephone or online sessions, payment is to be made before the session starts. You can pay in cash or via direct deposit.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Your confidentiality is paramount. We adhere to the confidentiality guidelines set by the Australian Counselling Association and will discuss the limits of confidentiality with you during your first appointment.

Donna employs an integrative counselling approach, utilising solution-focused therapy, person-centred therapy, positive psychology techniques and mindfulness and relaxation strategies. She works collaboratively with clients to identify goals and focus on achieving them through a short-term, economical approach to achieve desired outcomes.
